Student Centered Transition

We provide a four part curriculum designed to Equip, Energize, and Empower (E3) young people with disabilities. These sessions give students hands-on activities and real-life situations through which they gain positive life skills. E3 will provide participants with empowering information, a guide to community resources, and a plan for their future. We promote transition from school to post-school activities, including post-secondary education, vocational training, integrated employment, continuing and adult education, adult services, independent living, and community participation.
