We assist Veterans by linking services which aid them to live independently in their community and/or achieve greater independence in their current living situation.
We coordinate all aspects of support for individuals who are currently qualified for services through the Veterans Administration. This includes working with veteran’s medical concerns, employment, education, independent living skills, budgeting, and housing.
Project Home provides supportive services to improve veteran families’ housing stability and is available to low income Veterans facing homelessness. To receive supportive services under this program, you must be a Veteran who has served at least one day of active military service, have a discharge other than dishonorable, meet income requirements, and be homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Eligibility also extends to a member of the family in which the head of household, or the spouse of the head of household is a Veteran.
