Youth Transition Specialist –
The Youth Transition Specialist provides core services to consumers to assist individuals with achieving their goals. The core services are: Advocacy, Independent Living Skills Training, Information & Referral, Peer Support and Transition. This position involves facilitating Independent Living skills training at local schools, working one-on-one with consumers. Responsibilities include providing community resources to MRS counselors and providing Independent Living services to consumers at the DNOM office.
